2) Calories and macros calculated for you 

If you are someone that likes to count calories, Amanda can give you a full calorie and macro breakdown of your meal plan to make sure you feel empowered with your meal choices. 

3) Your personal preferences taken into account 

Do you hate bananas? Can't stand hummus? No worries - Amanda won't write foods you dislike into your meal plan. 

4) Tips on how to time your meals for success 

If you have a specific goal, meal timing can be crucial. Learn when to eat based on the goals you are looking to achieve. 

5) Meal suggestions and recipes to suit your budget 

Don't want to spend a fortune at the supermarket? That's okay, Amanda won't give you exotic ingredients that you need to mortgage your house for! 

Alternatively, if you do like to splurge on some organic superfoods, Amanda can point you in the direction of the ones that give you the best bang for your buck based on the goals you wish to achieve. 

6) Meals that suit your schedule 

Are you super busy, or hate cooking but still want to be healthy? That's okay... you don't have to be a five star chef to achieve results. Amanda will make sure the meals in your plan suit your lifestyle so that it is easy to integrate your healthy diet into your daily lifestyle!

Amanda can take into account any allergies or intolerances when writing your plan. That's the awesome thing about having a totally personalised plan. It is designed for you.

10) A 4 week exercise plan designed for especially you 

No matter what your goals are, no matter what equipment you have access to, Amanda will give you a one of a kind, unique exercise plan based on the exercise you enjoy doing, plus the exercises you need to do to achieve the goals you want. 

If you don't have a gym membership, that is okay. A home based plan can be written! 

11) Daily accountability and motivation 

Are you someone that likes to have someone checking in on you to make sure you are on track and achieving results? Then coaching is perfect for you. 

Each day Amanda will send you a check in message to make sure you are on track and keeping up with your diet and exercise. This will make sure you stay motivated and committed to achieving the results you desire. 

12) Nutrition tracking to make sure you are on track with your food  

Amanda has many secret ways to check in with you to make sure what you are eating will help (and not hinder) your results. 

What you eat, portion size, micronutrients, macronutrients - it can all be confusing. Let Amanda guide you through it with her expert set of eyes, making sure what you are eating is right for you.
